Welcome to elitecourse, a provider of premium continuing education for senior professionals. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website elitecourse.vip and any related purchases.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using elitecourse services at elitecourse.vip, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding with any purchase or enrollment.

2. Services

We offer live seminars, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring sessions for senior professionals. You may reschedule a session at least 14 days before its start date by submitting a request. Requests received after that period may not be accommodated.

Refunds for services are available if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event, subject to an administrative fee. For one-on-one mentoring sessions, all fees are fully earned upon confirmation; such sessions are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of planning and resource allocation.

3. Information Products

These include digital courses, recorded webinars, and downloadable workbooks. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. All sales of information products are final. If you encounter technical issues preventing download within 24 hours of purchase, please submit a request for review. A replacement access link may be provided at our discretion.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To obtain a return authorization, please use our Contact Form. Returned items must be received in original packaging. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt, less any shipping charges.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Procedures

To request a refund or to reschedule a service, please contact us via our Contact Form. Provide your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Refunds are subject to verification and may be adjusted to cover any costs incurred in preparation or delivery of the service or product. We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

elitecourse shall not be liable for incidental or consequential issues arising from the use of our services or materials. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service or product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
